Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of TwinWrite. We’ve kept them in plain English. If anything is unclear, email hello@twinwrite.com.
1. The service
TwinWrite is an AI content intelligence platform. We scan industry RSS and news feeds, score and reframe articles in your brand voice, and schedule the resulting posts to LinkedIn and X (formerly Twitter) on your behalf. Drafts are surfaced for your review before anything is published.
2. Pricing & payment
TwinWrite is sold on a monthly subscription. Tiers and current prices are listed on our pricing page. All prices are in EUR, exclusive of VAT. VAT is added at checkout where applicable.
Billing is handled by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of generation and scheduling features until the balance is cleared.
3. Price changes
Prices may change with 30 days advance notice via email. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
If you do not accept a price change, you may cancel before the new pricing takes effect and you will not be charged the new amount.
4. Usage limits
Each plan tier has a monthly cap on generated posts and a maximum number of RSS feeds. API requests (including the agent and MCP endpoints) are rate-limited per workspace; current limits are documented in /docs/agents. Sustained traffic above your plan’s cap may be throttled, queued, or — in extreme cases — temporarily blocked. We’ll always notify you before suspending an account for usage reasons.
5. Fair use
You agree not to use TwinWrite to:
- send spam, harass, or impersonate another person or organisation;
- generate or schedule content that is illegal in Finland or the EU, including content that infringes copyright, defames a person, or promotes violence;
- circumvent rate limits, plan caps, or platform-side restrictions on LinkedIn, X, or any other connected service;
- scrape, resell, or redistribute the TwinWrite service itself.
Violations may result in immediate suspension and, for repeat or severe violations, account termination.
6. Data ownership
You own the content you create on TwinWrite — drafts, approved posts, brand voice profiles, and feed selections. We process this content only to provide the service: generating drafts, training your voice profile, scheduling, and showing you analytics.
You can export or delete your data at any time from the dashboard. Once an account is fully deleted, content is purged from our primary database within 30 days, with backups expiring shortly after.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days’ notice. We may terminate immediately if you materially violate these terms (for example, the fair-use rules in section 5). On termination we stop scheduling new posts; previously scheduled posts may still publish unless you cancel them in the dashboard.
8. Liability
TwinWrite is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, reputation, or LinkedIn/X account standing caused by content you reviewed and approved before publication.
9. API & MCP terms
TwinWrite exposes a REST API and an MCP server for agent integrations. API keys are workspace-scoped and shown once at creation; we keep only a hashed prefix afterwards. You are responsible for the security of your keys — anyone holding a key can act on your workspace. Rotate or revoke compromised keys immediately from /dashboard/settings/api-keys.
API and MCP usage counts toward your plan’s generation cap and rate limits. We may rate-limit, suspend, or revoke keys that we reasonably believe are being used abusively.
10. Third-party services
To deliver the service we send your content and prompts to the following processors. Their availability and terms are outside our control; an outage or policy change at any of them may degrade or interrupt the service.
- Anthropic — Claude API for content generation
- Google — Gemini Imagen for image generation
- Zernio — scheduling to LinkedIn and X
- Supabase — database and authentication
- Stripe — billing and payment processing
- Railway — application hosting
See our Privacy Policy for what data is sent to each processor and how it is handled.
